A research-led onboarding redesign for Lumen took median time-to-value from 9 days to 4.

Lumen had a healthy top of funnel but median time-to-value was 9 days. We ran 22 customer interviews, prototyped four flows, and shipped the winner with the engineering team. Activation went from 38% → 61%. Median time-to-value dropped to 4 days.
