We replatformed the Atlas finance app from a hybrid wrapper to native iOS/Android, taking average session length from 4 to 9.6 minutes and store rating from 3.2 to 4.7.

The previous Atlas app was a Cordova wrapper — slow taps, low retention, and a flatlining App Store rating. We migrated to a fully native iOS/Android stack and rebuilt the four highest-traffic flows from scratch. Outcome in one quarter: session length 4m → 9m 36s, day-7 retention 22% → 41%, App Store rating from 3.2 to 4.7 across 12k reviews.
